To deepen UM staff’s knowledge of the history of our country’s development, the Human Resources Section of Office of Administration organized visits to the photo exhibition in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China on 13 and 14 July 2021. Dr. Lam Kam Seng (University Council Chair), Prof. Yonghua Song (Rector) and Prof. Billy So (Vice Rector (Student Affairs)) led the delegation composed by 40 heads and 63 colleagues, who joined the exhibition held at the Complex of Commerce and Trade Co-operation Platform for China and Portuguese-speaking Countries in batches.

The exhibition is jointly organized by the State Council Information Office of the People’s Republic of China, the Macao SAR Government and the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao SAR to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. All participants visited the exhibition hall with a guide providing relevant information. Through vivid pictures and in-depth descriptions, the photo exhibition offered an opportunity for participants to learn about the century-long history of the Communist Party of China, and to gain a better understanding about the Communist Party of China’s 100-year journey of pursuing progress for the country.

為深化澳大職員對國家發展歷史的認識，行政部人力資源處組織大學職員於2021年7月13日及14日參觀「中國共產黨的100年」圖片展。在澳門大學校董會主席林金城博士、校長宋永華教授、副校長(學生事務)蘇基朗教授的率領下，共有40位主管人員及63位職員分批前往中國與葡語國家商貿合作服務平台綜合體參觀展覽。
此展覽是為紀念中國共產黨成立100周年，由中華人民共和國國務院新聞辦公室、澳門特別行政區政府和中央人民政府駐澳門特別行政區聯絡辦公室共同主辦。參加者在導賞員的指引下參觀了整個展廳，通過生動、形象的形式，重溫中國共產黨百年奮鬥的光輝歷史，並深入瞭解中國共產黨的百年奮鬥歷程。

　

　

　

　

　

　

　

　

In response to the “National Security Education Day” on 15 April, the Human Resources Section of Office of Administration organized a visit to “National Security Education Exhibition” on 6 May 2021 for UM members. Dr. Lam Kam Seng (University Council Chair), Prof. Yonghua Song (Rector) and Prof. Billy So (Vice Rector (Student Affairs)) led a delegation of 27 heads, 25 colleagues and a group of 44 students organized by Student Affairs Office to join the exhibition at the Complex of Commerce and Trade Co-operation Platform for China and Portuguese-speaking Countries.

為響應4月15日”全民國家安全教育日”，行政部人力資源處於5月6日組織澳門大學師生前往參觀「全民國家安全教育展」。在澳門大學校董會主席林金城博士、校長宋永華教授、副校長(學生事務)蘇基朗教授的率領下，一行27位主管人員、25位職員及44位由學生事務部組織的學生團前往中國與葡語國家商貿合作服務平台綜合體參觀展覽。

　

　

　

　

　

　

In order to provide UM staff members with a more comprehensive and accurate understanding of the National Security Law, the Human Resources Section of the Office of Administration organised an in-house training course on national security at the Lecture Hall of the Faculty of Law on 22 March 2021. Dr KONG Wa, senior instructor of the Faculty of Law, was invited to explain the necessity of implementing the National Security Law in the Macao SAR. About 50 directors, heads and principal administrative officers participated in the training.

Dr KONG Wa shared the fundamentals of preserving national security and the composition of the national security system. He stressed the concept of “no country, no home”, and also emphasized that national sovereignty and territorial integrity were crucial for the political stability and economic development of the Macao SAR, and for the well-being of Macao residents.

The University hopes that through this training staff will strengthen their patriotism and make contributions to preserving national security, social stability and harmony.

為讓大學教職員對國家安全法有更全面準確認識，行政部人力資源處於2021年3月22日在澳大法學院演講廳舉辦“國家安全法與我”內部培訓課程，邀請澳門大學法學院高級導師江華博士，向約五十名部門主管、處長及特級行政主任介紹在澳推行國家安全法的必要性。

江華博士分享維護國家安全的要義及國家安全體系之構成，讓員工認識有國才有家，國家主權獨立、領土完整，對維護澳門政治穩定、經濟發展、市民安居樂業起着關鍵的作用。

大學希望透過是次培訓增強員工家國情懷，弘揚愛國愛澳精神，為維護國家安全及社會安定和諧作出應有貢獻。

　　

　　

　　

　　

This year, due to COVID-19, the University has decided to make special arrangements for the Long Service Award and Outstanding Administrative Staff Award Ceremony to minimize the gathering of crowds during the pandemic. The award ceremony has been replaced by a photo-taking event.

The “Long Service Award & Outstanding Administrative Staff Award Photo-taking Event” was held on 27 May 2020 at the UM Guest House (N1). A total of 113 staff who have served the University for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 years received the Long Service Award. 19 administrative staff received the Outstanding Administrative Staff Award. The event booklet with the full list of awardees of year 2019 is attached for your information.

Rector Yonghua Song and all Vice Rectors were present at the event to congratulate the awardees.

因應疫情防控，大學決定今年為長期服務獎暨傑出行政人員獎頒獎典禮作出特別安排以減低人群聚集。原本的頒獎典禮更改為拍攝活動。

大學於2020年5月27日在聚賢樓(N1)舉行了「長期服務獎暨傑出行政人員獎拍攝活動」，向合共113名分別服務滿十年、十五年、二十年、二十五年、三十年及三十五年的員工頒發長期服務獎，以及向19名行政人員頒發傑出行政人員獎。附上活動場刊載有2019年得獎者名單。

當日，校長宋永華以及所有副校長均有到場祝賀得獎者。

The “UM Family Fun Day – Old Macau” was held on 8 September at the Multi-function Hall of Student Activity Center (E31). Over 300 staff and their family members joined the workshops.

Featured by the theme of “Old Macau”, a variety of traditional Macau art and food workshops were set up, where participants learned and made their own traditional art pieces like watercolor postcard of Macau attractions, Portuguese tile painting, rabbit lanterns and prepared classic Macau snacks including maltose cracker, red bean cake, sticky rice, etc. Our staff and their family members enjoyed a lively Sunday.

「澳大家庭同樂日 – 懷舊澳門」已於9月8日（星期日）在學生活動中心多功能廳舉行。當日吸引超過300名員工及家屬參與。

是次活動以懷舊澳門為主題，場內設有多個澳門傳統工藝及美食工作坊，參加者製作自己的澳門傳統手作，如水彩畫澳門名勝明信片、葡國磚繪畫、小白兔花燈等；亦製作美味的澳門特色小食，包括麥芽糖夾餅、紅豆餅及砵仔糕。同事和家人在活動中度過一個精彩的週日。
