UM Holds In-house Staff Training on “Establishing the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area: The Macao Perspective”

In order to enhance UM staff members’ understanding of the nation, the Human Resources Section of the Office of Administration organized in-house training course on “Establishing the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area: The Macao Perspective” on 16 August 2023, with around 100 staff members attended the training.

Prof. XU Jianhua, Head of Department of Sociology of the Faculty of Social Sciences (FSS), shared the framework construction, current situation, opportunities and challenges of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. He also conducted interactive survey and showed video clips in class to provide a more thorough understanding on the topic.

The University hopes that this training course can enhance staff members’ understanding of the national environment, strengthen their knowledge on the development of the national policies, arouse their interest in learning more about the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

為增強大學教職員對國家的認識，行政部人力資源處於2023年8月16日舉辦了「粵港澳大灣區建設：澳門視角」內部培訓課程，吸引了約100名員工參與。

社會科學學院社會學系系主任徐建華教授介紹了粵港澳大灣區的頂層設計構想、發展的現狀以及機遇和挑戰。徐教授在課堂中亦進行了互動式問卷以及播放影片，讓參加者對該主題有更全面的了解。

大學希望透過此培訓課程加強員工對國家環境的認識，深化其對國家政策的瞭解，以及提升對粵港澳大灣區建設的興趣。
