Master Chefs and Little Chefs at “UM Family Fun Day – Weekend Kitchen”!

The “UM Family Fun Day – Weekend Kitchen” was held on 28 April at the Multi-function Hall of Student Activity Center (E31). Over 200 staff and their family members joined the Weekend Kitchen.

Featured by the theme of “Gastronomy”, a variety of cooking workshops were set up, where participants can make their own food. Through different cooking workshops, participants learnt over 10 types of cooking skills including making dumplings, cookies, chocolates, donuts, sushi, etc. Our staff and their family members enjoyed a healthy and lively Sunday.

「澳大家庭同樂日 – 週日廚房」已於4月28日(星期日)在學生活動中心多功能廳舉行。當日吸引約200名員工及家屬參與。

是次活動以美食為主題,場內設有多個烹飪工作坊,讓參加者可以親手炮製自己的美食。參加者透過不同工作坊了解超過十項烹飪技巧,包括製作餃子﹑曲奇﹑朱古力﹑冬甩﹑壽司等。同事和家人在活動中度過一個健康及充滿活力的週日。
